About Me: In 2003, my family emigrated from Ghana, and we’ve been in Virginia ever since! I have two siblings, a twin sister, who's also a Wahoo studying Math and Statistics, and a younger brother at GMU.

I love hanging out with my friends and watching old Disney channel movies or cheesy reality shows. I also love listening to music as well as playing music on my ukulele, violin, and keyboard and singing.

Throughout my time at UVA, I’ve been able to spend time doing so many of the things I love, including theater, leadership, and growing in my faith. I’ve been involved in class council and participated in numerous theater productions at UVA. I’ve served as assistant director, producer, and stage manager for several shows as well as produced a few films. For the last three years, I’ve been on the large group and worship team in InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, and will be serving as large group coordinator for fall 2019. I’m also a communications intern at the Center for Christian Study near the Corner and am a member of Black Voices Gospel Choir. We have three concerts each school year; I encourage anyone who loves good music to come out and hear us!

There are so many aspects about my McIntire experience that I have appreciated, specifically how applicable and versatile our coursework is. As someone involved in the arts and theater, I’ve really enjoyed being able to apply my experiences in these fields at McIntire!

Fun Fact: My twin sister and I have the same birthday as our twin uncles!
