About me:

Hi! My name is Pablo Calvo, and I am a third-year at McIntire, concentrating in Finance and Management with a Real Estate Track. I'm highly interested in the intersection of finance and real estate, and I plan to pursue a career in it! I am from Mexico City, but I was born in the U.S. and then moved to Mexico.

Since my first year, I have been involved in AKPsi (a professional business fraternity) and Latinx Student Network, and have been a member of the student council. I am also a member of Best Buddies and CASH. I enjoy making friends, and I have enjoyed my time on TBLA (To a Better Latin America) as well as my fraternity, Kappa Sigma. I've enjoyed my time at UVA and chose to come here because of the incredible school spirit I witnessed when I visited. In my free time, I enjoy trying new restaurants, working out, traveling, hanging out with my friends, Formula 1, and coffee.

Through my various involvements and McIntire's collaborative learning model, I have thoroughly loved being able to interact and collaborate with such a wide range of individuals here. The things I enjoy the most about McIntire are the incredible learning experiences, networking events, faculty lunches, and my time in my ICE block.

Fun fact: I had a cookie business in high school called El Buen Antojo.
