M.S. in Global Commerce
The M.S. in Global Commerce Program provides an unparalleled student experience. You’ll study at three top-ranked universities across three continents, engage in immersive cultural experiences, and build a global network.
You'll spend September through January in Charlottesville, a charming, vibrant city located in Central Virginia, just two and a half hours south of Washington, D.C. Known for its year-round natural beauty and historical sites, Charlottesville offers something for everyone. Breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountain hiking trails and award-winning vineyards draw as much interest as the local music, theater, art and culinary scenes.
Your next stop is Guangzhou, China, where you will spend January—March. Located on the Pearl River in Southern China, Guangzhou is a lively port city, with a history dating back 2,800 years. Considered the home of dim sum, Guangzhou boasts the largest number of restaurants and teahouses per capita in China. A center for commerce, tourism and culture, Guangzhou is the third largest city in China.
The program wraps up in Barcelona. The cosmopolitan capital of Spain’s Catalonia region is a captivating city on the Mediterranean Sea. One of the most culturally and economically vibrant cities in the world, Barcelona is well-known for its modern and whimsical architecture, medieval Gothic quarter, and lively street life.
