About me:
Hi! My name is Kyle Hudgins, and I am a fourth-year student at McIntire concentrating in Marketing and Management, with a track in Strategic Brand Consulting &
Communications and a minor in Spanish. I’m from Ashland, VA, which is right outside of Richmond. Outside of class, I spend a lot of my time playing and listening to music. I’m a member of the Cavalier Marching Band piccolo section, so you can catch me cheering on the Wahoos at most home football and basketball games. I'm also the marketing chairman for the Fourth-Year Trustees, and manage the Class of 2024's media output and merchandise.
My favorite part of the McIntire experience has been the opportunity to connect with my classmates through the Integrated Core Experience (ICE). Meeting with the same 50 people each day fostered so many great connections, and it’s really nice to have a strong community that continues to thrive into fourth year. I also love the variety that ICE offers, giving students the chance to explore a multitude of possibilities for their future at McIntire and beyond. This past summer, I was a Sales Management Intern at Altria in Richmond, and I was amazed to see opportunities to apply learnings from each portion of ICE to my work.
Fun fact: I’m an avid K-pop listener and currently embarking on a journey to learn Korean on Duolingo.
