Hi! I am Shreshta Gopisetty, and I am currently a third-year at McIntire, looking to concentrate in Finance and Marketing on the Business Analytics Track! Throughout my time at UVA, I have been able to join and participate in a plethora of clubs, ranging from Smart Woman Securities, Enactus, and Net Impact to VISAS, ISA, and CavDaily. I love learning about and joining new clubs because they are an amazing way to learn about different fields with a smaller time commitment and UVA has so many! They also helped me to meet a lot of people with diverse interests! Apart from that, I also really like trying out new restaurants (Asado is my favorite Corner restaurant), working out, finding new study spots, and traveling! Being a part of the McIntire community so far has taught me a lot about building strong friendships, communication, collaboration, and hard work. The ICE program has been a great way for me to learn about and understand the various sides of business using real-life examples. I also really enjoy the block structure of the program because I think it allows you to develop deeper and stronger relationships with your peers (it helps when you see them every day). Working with the amazing McIntire faculty and my peers has been an amazing and enriching experience so far, and I am so excited to be an ambassador and help others learn about McIntire!
